Converse Bank is a commercial bank operating in Armenia and providing financial services to individuals and corporate clients. Its offerings include loan programs, deposit accounts, cash management, factoring, and financial leasing. The Bank also carries out securities transactions and provides investment solutions, including asset trust management.
Various credit products are available for private clients, such as mortgage and consumer loans, car loans and credit cards. The bank offers accumulative and term deposits with different conditions. Customers can also open accounts in national or foreign currency, using them for settlements and savings.
The bank provides specialized financial solutions to business clients, including custody services, forward contracts to protect against currency risks, as well as business financing programs. Factoring and leasing allow businesses to manage liquidity and upgrade fixed assets without significant upfront costs.
In 2021, the C360 package of services was launched, which includes account servicing, issuing bank cards and a credit limit with round-the-clock access to all transactions without additional fees when withdrawing cash from the bank’s ATMs.
Customers can use the mobile application to manage their accounts, cards, and make payments. Payments for utilities, internet, parking and other services are available in the application. A C-POS application has been developed for entrepreneurs, allowing them to accept contactless payments and monitor financial transactions from a mobile device.
Converse Bank actively cooperates with international financial institutions and partners. In 2017, a cooperation agreement was signed with the Capital Bank of Uzbekistan, aimed at developing international banking operations.
The Bank was founded in 1993 on the basis of the North Armenian Mutual Bank and was named Converse Bank in 1994. In 1995, he became a member of the Yerevan Stock Exchange and received a license to operate in the securities sector. The main shareholder of the bank is businessman Eduardo Ernekian. The authorized capital is AMD 19,947,633,300 of the Republic of Armenia.
